Hi, I'm Koko.
Camp Koko began where most good things do — on a living room floor.
Circle time with friends, families, and neighbors. Songs and stuffed animals. Counting games and big feelings. Adventure weeks with nieces and nephews that grew into something bigger — neighborhood friends, more family, more children, more love.
Then having my kid changed everything.
I was immediately thrown into the daily gift of mothering a child with unique needs and extraordinary talents. I wanted something for her — and for every child, that was structured but joyful. Inclusive without being clinical. Something that held space for every kind of mind.
So we built it. A community of love, fostered by like-minded adults who believed the same thing: that when children feel safe, loved and seen, they thrive. Through storytelling, music, and structured play, Camp Koko creates joyful spaces where children grow their confidence and curiosity.
I hold credentials in early childhood education and I'm a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), with experience supporting children across a range of learning styles and developmental profiles. My work blends evidence-informed behavioral strategies, emotional regulation practices, and creative storytelling to build connection and confidence in young children.
Camp Koko is rooted in both heart and structure.
Because every child is extraordinary.
